I\u2019ve been in the busy corporate world where it\u2019s hard to stay on top of healthy eating. I know that in the midst of daily demands, we look for easy options. I know how hard it is to break old habits. I\u2019ve also faced my own health challenges.<\/p>\n<p>I know what it\u2019s like to feel bloated, constipated, low in energy, be sick constantly, have skin problems, and hormonal issues.
