Set to the side<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-number\" data-step=\"Step 2\"><span class=\"cooked-direction-number\">2<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line an oven tray with baking paper. Add cut carrots to the tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Pop the tray into the oven for 15-20 minute, until carrots are cooked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-number\" data-step=\"Step 3\"><span class=\"cooked-direction-number\">3<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a med-sized saucepan, melt coconut oil over medium heat. Add chopped broccoli to the pan and stir-fry to 5-7 minutes until lightly cooked (but not soft).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-number\" data-step=\"Step 4\"><span class=\"cooked-direction-number\">4<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>On a large plate add rocket and chopped cucumber.
