Let this sit for 10 minute (so the salt can absorb some of the liquid from the vegetables).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-number\" data-step=\"Step 3\"><span class=\"cooked-direction-number\">3<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>After 10 minutes transfer the vegetables to a nut milk bag (or thin tea towel) and squeeze out as much as liquid as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-number\" data-step=\"Step 4\"><span class=\"cooked-direction-number\">4<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Wipe the bowl to make sure there is no excess water inside. Place wrung-out vegetables back into the bowel.
