An easy, delicious and refreshing smoothie to enjoy for a quick breakfast or another snack.
Ingredients:
1 serving of protein powder (vanilla works well)
2 tbsp coconut or greek yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 handful of baby kale or spinach
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water (or unsweetened almond milk) – optional: to make the smoothie a thinner consistency

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
